FISDAP is looking for an experienced PHP Web application developer. This person would work with our application development team to maintain and enhance our existing web applications as well as design and develop new tools and applications to meet the needs of our ever-growing customer base.

Job responsibilities include:
- Design and enhancement of our application development toolset
- Design and implementation of new software applications and features
- Maintenance and updates to existing Web applications
- QA Testing and debugging of your own code and of your teammates’ code

Required Skills:
- Significant professional experience developing Web applications in PHP, HTML, JavaScript and CSS
- Significant professional experience with MySQL database design and development
- Solid understanding of, and significant experience with object-oriented design and programming
- Intellectual curiosity and a strong desire to continually improve your skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A passion for back-end toolset and framework development
- Experience with version control software such as SVN
- Ability to work well individually and as part of a small team

Candidates with the following experience are preferred:
- Experience working with Scrum and other Agile development methodologies
- Automated Unit Testing, Continuous Integration and other QA techniques
- Experience managing an SVN repository
- Experience with the Zend framework
- Experience writing PHP applications with PDFLib
